Eggnog French Toast with Cran-Raspberry Syrup!! ITβS SO GOOD!!!

Did you forget to make your egg bake yesterday! Donβt sweat itβ¦make this instead!

One loaf of Challah bread
1 cup eggnog
2 eggs
2 tsp rum
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup raspberry jam
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Slice challah into 1β slices
Combine eggnog, eggs, rum and nutmeg
Dip slices of bread in custard both sides
Place on a cookie sheet, cover with foil, pop in the fridge for up to one hour
Combine jam, juice and cornstarch in a pot over med heat until smooth and slightly thickened
Preheat over to 425Β°
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, bake slices of French toast for 14-15 min turning once halfway thru
Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with syrup! Enjoy!!
