Calories 193 kcal
- 600 g sugar (3 cups)
- 420 g whole wheat flour (3½ cups)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup applesauce (any kind)
- 15 oz can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
preheat oven to 350°
spray a bundt pan and set aside
combine ALL dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg)
make a well in the center
add eggs, pumpkin, applesauce and water
stir until well combined
pour into prepared bundt pan
bake for 1 hour and test (my oven takes 1 hour and 4 minutes)
cool on a wire rack in pan for 15 min
remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
