Ingredients
  

  • 600 g sugar (3 cups)
  • 420 g whole wheat flour (3½ cups)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup applesauce (any kind)
  • 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 350°
  • spray a bundt pan and set aside
  • combine ALL dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg)
  • make a well in the center
  • add eggs, pumpkin, applesauce and water
  • stir until well combined
  • pour into prepared bundt pan
  • bake for 1 hour and test (my oven takes 1 hour and 4 minutes)
  • cool on a wire rack in pan for 15 min
  • remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
