Ingredients
  

  • cups flour (300g)
  • 2 cups oatmeal (160g)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar (145g)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp cinnamon
  • cups honey (226g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • cup white chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 cup craisins (dried cranberries)

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven 375°
  • spray a
  • mix together flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and set aside
  • combine eggs, orange zest and honey
  • combine all ingredients by hand, dough will be tough and sticky
  • add craisins and 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • using your hands press into prepared baking pan, wetting hands with water will help with this task
  • bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
  • allow to cool completely in the pan or on a wire rack
  • melt ¼ cup white chocolate chips and drizzle over baked bars
  • slice into bars
