- 2½ cups flour (300g)
- 2 cups oatmeal (160g)
- 2/3 cup brown sugar (145g)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2½ tsp cinnamon
- ⅔ cups honey (226g)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1¼ cup white chocolate chips, divided
- 1 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
preheat oven 375°
spray a
mix together flour, oatmeal, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and set aside
combine eggs, orange zest and honey
combine all ingredients by hand, dough will be tough and sticky
add craisins and 1 cup white chocolate chips
using your hands press into prepared baking pan, wetting hands with water will help with this task
bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
allow to cool completely in the pan or on a wire rack
melt ¼ cup white chocolate chips and drizzle over baked bars
slice into bars
